Tracey Hickey
Tracey Hickey is a resource home specialist. In addition to her regular duties, she helped 15 families become licensed foster parents this past fiscal year, July 2015-June 2016. This is a lot considering the state lengthy interviews and paperwork-inundated process. Great job, Tracey!
