My Sisters' Place

Founded in 1985, we serve all victims of domestic violence and are one of only two confidential domestic violence shelters in the East Valley. When you come to our shelter, you will be provided with a  private and comforting environment for your safety and recovery.

Helping you. We provide safety planning, case management and skill/resource building to empower you to advocate for yourself and truly make a permanent change to your situation.We also assist with after-care planning, employment, information and referral to transitional programs, affordable housing and furniture, food and other items.

Your children. In addition, we have a dedicated childhood case worker and provide therapeutic children’s programming, including art and pet therapy.

Your pet. If you have a pet that you will be worried about, My Sister's Place can find your animal a temporary home and reunite you with your pet when you find another permanent living situation.

Pathways

If you are a victim of domestic violence, but don't require immediate shelter, our Pathways program will give you support and transition services. These include safety planning, counseling, court accompaniment, life skills education, individual counseling, support groups in English and Spanish and more.
