Catholic Charities refugee resettlement program received a grant from Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church in Scottsdale for $3,500. The funds are being used to purchase hygiene and cleaning products that will be distributed to the programs most financially vulnerable families.
We can learn a lot from other people. Students from James Madison University (JMU) in Harrisonburg, Va., visited Phoenix to partner with Catholic Charities refugee program. The students visited refugees and learned valuable life lessons.
