    Bequest of Specific Real Estate

    I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the right, title and interest in and to the real estate located at ADDRESS OR DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY to Catholic Charities, a nonprofit organization located at 4747 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85013, Federal Tax ID #86-022399, for Catholic Charities’ general use and purpose.

  2. Percentage Bequest – If you would like to leave a percentage of your estate to Catholic Charities, we recommend the following language:
    I hereby give, devise and bequeath ____ percent (___%) of my total estate, determined as of the date of my death, to Catholic Charities, a nonprofit organization located at 4747 N. 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85013, Federal Tax ID #86-022399, for Catholic Charities’ general use and purpose.

  3. Residual Bequest – If you would like to leave what remains of your estate to Catholic Charities, we recommend the following language:

  4. Contingent Bequest – Should your primary beneficiary not survive, you can also name Catholic Charities as a contingent beneficiary using the following suggested language.
