As a volunteer with Catholic Charities affordable housing programs, you’ll help families who are at-risk of being homeless, find stability and a permanent home for their children. As they live in these low-income communities, you’ll help build a safe, friendly community. Positions include internships, after-school programming, financial education and exercise instruction.
For more than 20 years, Catholic Charities has provided permanent supportive and affordable rental housing throughout central and northern Arizona. Supportive housing responds to the current needs of vulnerable individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, such as veterans, refugee families and low-income families. Residents are accepted based on meeting income and eligibility requirements. A variety of support services are also available to those who live there as well. You’ll help provide services and build community.
