Priceless Prom Project Features a Pop-up Boutique of Free Prom Attire for Prescott Teens
Prescott, Ariz. (February 24, 2026) -- Catholic Charities’ North Star Youth Partnership, in collaboration with Tri-City College Prep, brings back its annual Priceless Prom Project to Pine Ridge Marketplace from March 10-April 9, just in time to help students look and feel their best for prom season. Designed just like a store, Priceless Prom is pop-up style boutique where area teens can shop, free of charge, from a large selection of formal attire.
“North Star Youth Partnership is so grateful for the continued support from Tri-City College Prep and Pine Ridge Marketplace. Priceless Prom would not be possible without the generous donation of the event space and the contribution of the students’ time in helping to set-up and break down the pop-up boutique,” said Diane DeLong, Senior Program Manager for Catholic Charities’ North Star Youth Partnership.
The highly anticipated program has been helping teens since 2009. During Priceless Prom, clothing is available to any area high school students on a first come, first-serve basis. Teens can select from a wide variety of special occasion dresses, purses, jewelry, tuxedos, suits, shoes, and more. The new or like new items have been donated by generous businesses and individuals in the community to ease the financial burden of attending prom. In addition to assisting families with the expense of this memory-making event, the project serves as a beneficial pay-it-forward recycling program. For those with items to contribute to the boutique, donations of prom attire will graciously be accepted and can be dropped off during event hours.

- Tuesday, March 10: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, March 12: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Monday, March 16: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, March 19: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Monday, March 23: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 24: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 25: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, March 26: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, March 28: noon to 3 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 31: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Wednesday April 1: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, April 2: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, April 4: noon to 3 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 7: 4 to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, April 9: 4 to 6 p.m.
According to Anne Stoxen, Academic Counselor for Tri-City College Prep, “Every year, the students of Tri-City College Prep look forward to volunteering their time to support their peers. Priceless Prom gives every teen the opportunity to spend a special evening with their friends, creating memories that last a lifetime.”
Priceless Prom is held at Pine Ridge Marketplace: 3250 Gateway Blvd., Prescott, west of the food court. The mall location is easily accessible for Quad City students and has abundant parking. Reservations for the event are not accepted. Any high school student wishing to attend can simply stop by during event hours.
