Giving Machines

The Giving Machines provide a family-friendly, fun and easy way to help our community’s most vulnerable. The large, red “vending machines” work in reverse, creating a memorable way to give to those in need during the Christmas season with a simple swipe of a credit card amid holiday festivities.

About Light the World

The Giving Machines provide people an instant act of service by purchasing items for children and families in need both locally and around the world.

• These unique vending machines allow people to buy toys, books and essential items for children and families in need.
• Catholic Charities is among many other local and global nonprofit organizations participating in the Giving Machines in Arizona.
• Launched in 2017, Giving Machines are provided by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The Church covers all operational costs so that 100% of donations received go directly to the charity of choice.
