Learning Made Fun

We believe learning should be fun and memorable—and so we’ve created these programs.

Baby…Ready or Not – Teens get a taste of parental responsibilities after spending a weekend with computerized life-like dolls.

Girls & Sports Day – Girls ages 7-14 get to try a variety of traditional and non-traditional sports at this event.

Girl Talk – High school teens provide weekly positive mentoring to middle-school girls to increase a sense of belonging, support and acceptance.

Health Education – Students in grades 5-12 receive education on puberty, the risks of sexual activity and how to shape a bright future.

Safe Sitter® – Provides hands-on practice in life-saving techniques to teens that are home alone, watching younger siblings or babysitting. Teens get equipped with the skills and confidence to act in an emergency.

Priceless Prom – Free prom attire helps lighten financial burdens of the event as well as a “pay it forward” recycling project.

Teen Maze – This nationally recognized life-size game board event helps teens to understand consequences of life choices. Students go through a life-size maze of booths created and run by community partners on topics such as teen pregnancy, drug use, dangers of internet and other topics.
