no one should fight their battle alone
Soldiers don’t go into battle alone. As they fight side by side, a bond of commitment is formed. And in war, no one is left behind. Yet, for some veterans, when they return home, their battles are just beginning. The scars of war come with them as they reintegrate into civilian life.
We hope you will consider “adopting” a veteran at one of the levels listed above. Help Catholic Charities to continue to serve our faithful military soldiers who served our great country, but now need our help and support.
There are many ways to make your gift. You can donate here: I want to help. Or if you prefer to mail your donation to our office at: 5151 N. 19th Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85015. You can also make your gift through a stock donation, IRA gift, or include us in your will or estate plan. You can also designate your gift to:
- Central Arizona Veteran Programs / MANA House or
- Northern Arizona Veteran Programs / Center for Help & Hope
I personally served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy. I applaud all of you who have served or who have had family members that have served or are currently serving in our military. I understand what our veterans are going through. I hope you can find it in your heart to “adopt” a veteran and make a meaningful gift to our No Longer Homeless Veteran Campaign.
Your support will give veterans the love, hope, and help they need to get back on their feet and lead flourishing lives!
God Bless our Veterans and God Bless America!
With Gratitude,
Paul S. Mulligan, MBA, MTS

campaign for veterans
Today, Catholic Charities is one of the largest providers for veteran services, emergency shelters, transitional housing, and wrap-around support services for veterans fighting homelessness.
While the number of veterans we serve has grown each year, it is still not enough. Our goal is simple, but ambitious: raise $2 million dollars so we can help and provide services to every homeless veteran who walks in our door. To accomplish this goal, we will need to update and expand our facilities, increase staffing, and grow our support-service programs.
