We met through a mutual friend while attending college and got married in 2008. Though we've unarguably become the "fun aunt and uncle" to our sweet nieces and nephew, we are ready to grow our family through adoption, and our families are as excited about this next step in our lives as we are. Brock comes from a large family and is the oldest of four. Catalina has one older brother whom she considers one of her best friends. We live in a beautiful friendly neighborhood surrounded by parks, playgrounds and a community pool. We love going on walks with our dog Zuko and spending time with our families. Our families love going to Lake Powell and spending time in the mountains. We participate in Crossfit and are part of a community gym that we also consider family.

Brock grew up in Utah, while Catalina was born in Santiago, Chile and moved to the US at age 14. We're both very fortunate to love our careers in the medical field- Brock is a Doctor in Pharmacy and Catalina is a Registered Nurse. Catalina plans on working part-time after placement so that we can spend more time at home as a family. We both have a strong work ethic and love having new challenges to work towards that can help us become better people.

Culture and travel have been a big part of our lives together. It has allowed us to become more tolerant and open-minded to people's differences and it is something that we look forward to sharing with our children one day.

We promise that our child will be raised with unconditional love and support, and they will always know where they came from, as well as the sacrifice and immeasurable amount of love and selflessness that led them to us.
