We have two sons Micah and Austin. Micah is our oldest and is Joel’s biological child from a previous relationship. Micah is a happy, funny boy who is full of personality. He has an amazing sense of humor and keeps us laughing constantly. Austin is our youngest who we welcomed into our family through adoption. Austin is our little adventurer who is constantly on the go exploring new things. Both of our boys are excited to welcome a new sibling into our home.

Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly suburban neighborhood that allows us to live close to our family and friends. This is important to us as we enjoy spending time with our loved ones often. Our family enjoys watching movies, bike riding and hiking with our dogs. Music is one of our favorite pastimes as a family. We love listening to live music especially when Joel plays cello with the local symphony.

We look forward to growing our family and are so thankful that we could be blessed with another child through adoption. We have positive feelings towards open adoption and look forward to creating a plan that works for everyone. We promise to always provide our children the care and guidance they need, and most of all, unconditional love.
