Early Head Start provides low-income teen parents of infants and toddlers with programs that emphasize parenting skills and early childhood development, while Head Start offers a comprehensive pre-school enrichment for children of low-income families, ages 3 to 5.

North Star Youth Partnership
North Star Youth Partnership, formerly Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Program (TAPP) is a collaborative program that seeks to reduce adolescent pregnancy in Yavapai County. Catholic Charities is a partner in this collaborative, teaching children, ages 10-18, how to deal responsibly with issues of sexual activity prior to marriage.
