Annual Refugee Appreciation Dinner Showcases Cultural Diversity with Art, Fashion, Entertainment, Food and More
WHAT:
Annual Catholic Charities’ Refugee Appreciation Dinner
Event will feature an unforgettable evening of fine dining complemented by fashion from around the world, authentic international entertainment, singing and dancing, arts and crafts and outstanding door prizes and a silent auction.

- $50 per person – premium seating

WHY:
Each year, more than 800 refugees are helped through Catholic Charities Refugee Resettlement Program. A refugee is defined as a person who is unable to return to his or her country of origin because of a well-founded fear of persecution, based on their race, religion, membership in a particular social group or political opinion.
All proceeds will go to the Refugee Match Grant Program and be matched $2 to $1. Funds from this account will assist participating refugees, until they are gainfully employed, with their financial burdens of rent, utilities, transportation to and from work, payment of prescriptions not covered by insurance, purchase of uniforms or safety equipment required for employment or other necessities not affordable.
